What payment methods do you accept?
We exclusively accept payments through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processing platform. With Stripe, you can use various credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe.
Can I use my PayPal account to make a purchase?
Unfortunately, we currently do not support PayPal payments. However, we accept various credit/debit cards through Stripe for secure transactions.
Do you offer installment plans for larger purchases?
At the moment, we do not offer installment plans for purchases. However, we continuously review and update our payment options to best serve our customers’ needs.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your website?
Absolutely. We prioritize the security of your personal and payment information. Our website uses SSL encryption technology to ensure that all transactions are secure.
Do you store my credit card information?
No, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, and your credit card details are not accessible to us.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Singapore. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. For orders above $50, shipping is free within Singapore. Otherwise, a standard shipping fee applies.
Can I expedite my shipping for faster delivery?
Unfortunately, expedited shipping options are not available at this time. However, we strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up to date.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The returned item must be in good condition. We reserve the right to determine the value of the return if the item is not in its original condition at the time of delivery.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with return shipping labels.
Can I return an item if it’s been used or opened?
